Responsive and thorough. Our refrigerator stopped working while we were camping so we called Dr. Dave. He came right to our campsite within 24 hours and had diagnosed and fixed the problem in just about an hour. He even called us the next day to make sure our refrigerator was still working okay. SUPER reasonable, super nice and super knowledgeable.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Dave was amazing! He was at the campground when we pulled in and realized we had a propane and electric line shredded while we were driving. He came right over to take a look and got us fixed up so we at least has power that night. He went out and got us a propane line specially done and was able to repair the line and all the covers with in 48 hours. He and his wife were super nice and the price was very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he is doing and show you as he goes HUGE plus!

This is the best customer service experience I have ever had, yes really. Dr. Dave and his team are  amazing. I called them to fix my sick RV furnace. They took my call immediately and set up an appointment at my location. Yeah, you heard me, they make house calls. When they arrived they went right to work.  Soon my problem was diagnosed and fixed. But the Doctor was not done. He showed me some simple troubleshooting steps in case my furnace gets sick again.

Dr. Daves came out to our campsite/campground in Bainbridge, NY (Tall Pines) to wash and detail our 38ft Class A.  Wow, Amazing, Fantastic, Superb doesn't even start to cover it.  They hand scrubbed and buffed our RV until it looked new, maybe even better than new.  We were highly impressed at how hard they worked to make our home look AMAZING.
